Groundswell is run by a Board of Trustees.

Trustees give their time voluntarily and come from many differing backgrounds bringing to the Board their expertise and experience. On the Groundswell Board there are currently 7 Trustees including a local G.P., a Carer Consultant, 2 local Church Leaders, a retired Sales Engineer and a Contracts Manager.
