Groundswell employs a Client Services Manager (Janet Wallis) who works part time and has recently appointed 2 part time Project Workers.

The project  is managed by a Board of Trustees who meet every other month for a Board Meeting and for an Awayday once a year.

Groundswell also has a small but dedicated team of volunteers  who bring varied experience and skills to the team, some getting involved in visiting clients, others in prayer support or administration.

During the year both trustees and volunteers are encouraged to meet together. There are a couple of social events planned each year, lunch time support  meetings (with lunch provided) and a training evening  when trustees and volunteers are given the opportunity to receive further training in relevent issues.

Regardless of their previous experience all our trustees and volunteers attend a training course prior to being involved with Groundswell.
